Terms and Conditions
Clear and transparent information about our services, payments and customer responsibilities.
Welcome to Web Senso Enterprises. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our website, located at http://localhost/wp-test/, and for our website design, web development, web hosting, domain registration, maintenance, SEO, advertising and related digital services.
By accessing this website, creating an account, placing an order or using our services, you accept these Terms and Conditions. Do not continue to use our website or services if you do not agree to all terms stated here.
Terminology
“Client”, “Customer”, “You” and “Your” refer to the person or organisation using our website or purchasing services. “The Company”, “We”, “Our” and “Us” refer to Web Senso Enterprises. “Party” or “Parties” refers to the client and the company together.
Cookies
We use cookies in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By accessing our website, you consent to the use of cookies required for website functionality, login sessions, security, analytics and service delivery. Some analytics, advertising and service partners may also use cookies under their own policies.
Services and Project Scope
The exact scope, deliverables, price, timeline, number of revisions, support period and payment schedule are determined by the applicable service page, package, proposal, invoice, order form or written communication accepted by the client.
Work outside the approved scope, including extra pages, new functions, major redesigns, additional integrations, extra campaigns or additional content, may require extra charges and additional delivery time.
Client Responsibilities
The client must provide accurate information, lawful content, timely feedback, approvals, access credentials and payments. The client confirms that they own or have permission to use all supplied text, images, logos, trademarks, videos, databases and other materials.
The client is responsible for reviewing spelling, contact information, prices, claims, policies and content before final publication. Delays caused by missing content, access or approval may extend the delivery schedule.
Payments, Renewals and Taxes
Payments must be made according to the invoice, package or agreed milestones. We may pause, restrict or suspend work and services for overdue payments.
Hosting, domains, licences, maintenance, security, email and other recurring services must be renewed before expiry. Renewal prices may change according to registrar, registry, vendor, currency, taxation or infrastructure costs. Applicable taxes, payment charges and third-party costs may be added where required.
Domain Registration and Management
Domain availability is not guaranteed until registration is completed. The client is responsible for providing accurate registrant information and keeping it current.
The client is responsible for renewing a domain before expiry. An expired domain may enter grace, redemption, auction, suspension or deletion stages. Additional recovery charges may apply, and recovery cannot be guaranteed.
We are not responsible for a domain lost because of non-payment, incorrect contact information, registrar or registry action, trademark disputes, policy violations or failure to respond to renewal notices.
Web Hosting and Acceptable Use
Hosting and server resources must not be used for spam, phishing, malware, hacking, unlawful activity, copyright infringement, prohibited adult content, fraudulent activity, unauthorised access, harmful scripts, bulk unsolicited email, excessive resource usage or content prohibited by law or an upstream provider.
We may suspend or terminate any account that threatens server stability, security, reputation, legal compliance or other users. Plans described as “unlimited” remain subject to reasonable-use, inode, CPU, memory, bandwidth, email and storage restrictions designed to protect shared infrastructure.
Backups, Security and Data
Unless a written plan specifically includes managed backups, the client remains responsible for keeping current independent backups. Backup services are provided on a reasonable-effort basis and are not a substitute for the client’s own backup copies.
We take reasonable precautions but do not guarantee that websites, hosting accounts, email, databases, backups or data will always be uninterrupted, error-free, recoverable or immune from cyberattacks, software defects, hardware failure, user error or third-party outages.
Website Development, Revisions and Delivery
Delivery estimates begin only after receipt of required payment, content, credentials and approvals. Estimates may change when the client changes scope or delays feedback.
Revisions must remain within the agreed design and scope. A new design direction, major structural change or additional feature after approval may be treated as new work and billed separately.
Unless confidentiality is agreed in writing, we may display completed public work, screenshots and project references in our portfolio and promotional materials.
Digital Marketing, SEO and Advertising
Search engines and advertising platforms independently control rankings, account verification, policy decisions, ad delivery, auctions and approvals. We do not guarantee a specific ranking, traffic level, lead volume, sale, revenue, account approval or return on investment.
The client is responsible for the legality, accuracy and substantiation of products, services, claims, offers, landing pages and advertisements. Advertising spend and platform charges are separate from our management fees unless stated otherwise.
Licence and Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, Web Senso Enterprises and/or its licensors own intellectual-property rights in our website, builder components, frameworks, reusable code, methods, templates, documentation, designs and materials. All rights are reserved.
You may access our public website for personal or legitimate business use, subject to these restrictions. You must not republish, sell, rent, sublicense, reproduce, duplicate, copy or redistribute our proprietary content without written permission.
After full payment, the client receives the rights expressly stated in the accepted project scope for custom final deliverables. Pre-existing tools, reusable code, frameworks, builder components, templates and licensed third-party assets remain subject to our or the relevant licensor’s rights.
User Content, Reviews and Comments
Where the website allows comments, reviews or other submissions, users remain responsible for their content. Submitted content must not violate intellectual-property rights, privacy, law or the rights of another person, and must not contain defamatory, offensive, fraudulent or unlawful material.
We reserve the right to monitor, moderate or remove submissions that we reasonably consider inappropriate or in breach of these terms. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display, reproduce and edit that content for operating and promoting the relevant service, unless otherwise agreed.
Hyperlinking to Our Content
Government agencies, search engines, news organisations, online directories and other reputable organisations may link to our website where the link is not deceptive, does not falsely imply sponsorship or endorsement, and fits the context of the linking website.
Use of our logo, trademarks or artwork requires prior written permission. We may request removal of any link that we reasonably consider misleading, harmful or inappropriate.
iFrames
Without prior written approval, you may not create frames around our webpages or otherwise alter the visual presentation or appearance of our website.
Content Liability and External Links
We are not responsible for content appearing on websites owned or controlled by clients or third parties. Clients agree to protect and indemnify us against claims arising from content they provide or publish.
External links are provided for convenience. We do not control and do not guarantee the accuracy, security, availability or practices of third-party websites and services.
Third-Party Services
Domain registrars, registries, hosting providers, payment gateways, advertising platforms, plugins, themes, APIs, email providers and other vendors operate under their own terms. Their prices, functionality, availability and policies may change.
We are not liable for a third party’s suspension, rejection, outage, policy change, loss of data or other decision outside our reasonable control.
Reservation of Rights
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions, change service features or prices, reject an order, and request removal of links to our website. Continued use after publication of updated terms constitutes acceptance of those terms.
Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate services for non-payment, fraud, abuse, unlawful activity, security risk, prohibited content, resource abuse or material breach of these terms. Outstanding invoices and charges already incurred remain payable.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
Our website and services are provided on a reasonable-effort basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or loss-of-profit damages.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to that rule, our total liability relating to a specific paid service will not exceed the amount paid to us for that service during the relevant billing period.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer law and mandatory jurisdiction rules, disputes will be subject to the courts having jurisdiction in Sri Ganganagar, Rajasthan.
